You could, but it is highly unlikely. Avocados, sweet potatoes, bananas, and pears contain a fair number of calories. However, it's very hard to gain weight from eating them. It would be an exceptional person who could get fat eating too many bananas. Furthermore, these foods do not clog up the arteries. However, because of the body's need for protein, I would not recommend trying to rebuild it with only fruit and vegetables.
