Transformation literally means going BEYOND your form.... Now most of you would say “But you were fit at 19 years old”!! To the normal eye yes, but I look at it this way. I had worked my ass off at 16 - 19yrs and consistent enough to know I literally did “double doubles” about 350 days a year “no not cardio, I didn’t know what cardio was back then” besides playing basketball and football with buddies here in there.. don’t forget the #beardgame

Over the years yes no more consistent double days LMAO. As for a transformation story, I will say one shouldn’t have to have ever been “FAT” to “FIT” to inspire. You can very well inspire via “CONSISTENCY, DEDICATION, DEFYING ODDS” ..... defying the “ODDS??” yes, I was a ONLY 3Lb premature child at birth where I placed into an incubator while my twin brother didn’t make the delivery..
Again this me at 30, just wait to 40yrs .... okay, maybe I can wait but until then bring on more of the WYCKED CONSISTENCY & CONDITIONING 🔥
