🌀Looking your absolute best for your wedding day is a must for people like my client Cindy @counselette
🌀Prior to us working together, she has tried nearly everything but has not been able to find success. Then November 2016 came along, she reached out to me for a consultation and needed guidance to improve her health, lifestyle and to look good for her wedding day this upcoming week of May 2017.
🌀I assessed her lifestyle, diet and found that she just needed to improve her protein intake, control the calories intake and consistent with weight training. In one day, Cindy spends an average of 80-90 minutes, 60 minutes of weight training, 20-30 minutes of aerobic post-workout. .
🌀Fast forward to 6 months later, she dropped⬇️ 2 pants size, went from a ⤵️medium down to a comfortable small, can eat & drink nearly anything she wants- in moderation☝🏼, of course. We train through the 6 primary movements every week: deadlifts, squats, lunges, push, pull, & carry (occasionally rotations or anti-rotations). She will be continuing for an additional 6 months so stay tune for her 1 year progress...
