Soaked Bircher muesli has been one of my favorite breakfasts lately! I love eating oatmeal for breakfast, but sometimes I do find I feel a bit sluggish afterwards. I still add oats to my muesli, but I find that the addition of nuts + seeds helps to keep me satiated for longer, and I'm less likely to "crash" later!
