HI FRIENDS!!🤗 Answering the question “Do you use pre-workout”, nope! I have tried a bunch of different ones, but I don’t love them. Most make me shaky or sick to my stomach, and because I’m a big coffee fan I definitely don’t want to be adding any more caffeine into my diet haha. I WILL however use coffee AS my pre-workout when I am lagging on energy or just want a little extra boost.👊🏼 My fave is to have an iced latte about 45 minutes before I head to the gym! I often make my own at home using a local organic cold brew concentrate + 1-2 cups of your milk of choice. SO GOOD!😘 www.kelseywells.com/app

Okay first thing I have to say is thank you all SO much for all the support, love, and feedback on my last post ♥️ it seriously means the world to me, and hopefully things like that can eventually be talked about & discussed more 💕 spread the love! .
Today I had 3 sets of doubles on deadlifts at 275, and I finally got a bench video 🤣
I had 140 on bench for 4 sets of triples! I was surprised at how fast both my deadlift and bench went up considering the same exact weight felt like shit a week ago 🤣 hence my "that felt better" after my deadlifts! Lol, hopefully 315 is in the cards at the end of my powerlifting career????😅 any constructive*** criticism on my lifts are totally welcome! I love hearing from y'all! Always looking for good sumo pull cues 😁
