Has it already been more than 3 weeks since I got to L.A.? It's funny how time just went by and now it's time for me to head home to Singapore.
Thank you for always being so awesome to me L.A.. this is the one place in the world where random people come up to me to compliment me. Whether it's at the beach, or at Whole Foods , or at the gym or restaurant.. I've always felt loved and welcome in the City ofAngels.
I'm not 'b***hing ' but this never happens in Singapore. I get trolled on a daily actually. But Singapore is still home and my heart is where my family is. 💗
I've made many great memories here with certain people and it will always hold that special place in my heart. I'll always be grateful for those whose lives intertwine with mine while I was here. Thank you for your love and kindness.

Smoothie talk; an smooth drink to choose when you're on a health kick? 🤔
• They are a quick way to get some fruits and vegetables in your system which is always great when you're travelling!
•They are readily available and can sometimes have all of your 5-a-day
•They super delicious. This one was whoooooaaa.
•They can be quite calorie dense when you consider there size. You can avoid a higher calorie smoothie by checking ingredients before you blend or on the bottle ☺️
•They don't really keep me full 🙄 My brain keeps telling me it's a drink even if i know it's go several hundred calories 😂 Balance smoothies with real fruit and veg to get a plenty of vitamins, stay full and not over eat 🙂
• Some fruits and veggies' nutrients are better absorbed when they have been blended and others become less soluble. Unfortunately, you'd have to check which fruits/veggies are which.
I used to be a smoothie-phobe for many, many years so I try and break this silly habit whenever I can. Everything in moderation one day 💙

Tip: I notice many people staring at their feet when deadlifting, and you want to keep your spine as straight as possible through the whole movement while keeping the bar as close to your legs as possible. 💪
