They are not a magical secret formula that comes in the form of powder, pills and potions. A supplement, by definition is: “a thing added to something else in order to complete it or enhance it”. This implies that there's already something else at work – for example your diet, training and recovery. These supplements are here to enhance the process of those golden three, and are by no means a necessity!
With that being said, Pre-Workout is one of those supplements that can certainly help you out on your journey. It can a very useful tool to utilize when you want to go BEAST MODE but simply do not have the mental or physical energy to do so. I'd recommend experimenting with one if you have the budget, as Pre-workouts used sparingly can definitely aid in getting you through those tough workouts when you're simply not feeling up to it.
