I have learned that being thankful is one of the best antidotes toward being annoyed or bothered by anger.
It’s simply impossible to be thankful and angry at the same time. While it’s true that I often have very little to no control over my circumstances and other people, I can always control what comes out of me.
To master that I have adopted a habit of listing things I am thankful for every morning before the sun rises. It’s been one of the best practices to me and today I am thankful for @annikenbyberg
and our pup Harley, awesome friends, breathing fresh cold air and the Friday tacos that are yet to come.
