People do low carb wrong, you need to increase your fat intake little if on low carb.
Here, i have grilled chicken with salt and tandoori masala.
Salad has mixed greens, bell peppers, cucumber and with avocados on the side.
Dressing is greek yogurt with tahini and few mint leaves on top and some lemon juice if needed.
Such an easy meal. All it takes is 15 minutes. Keeps you fuller until your next meal, and its delicious ❤️
